Bowhunting Season – Hunting Information
Seasonal Availability
Our bowhunting is strictly seasonal. Please confirm the season dates when booking.
Equipment Requirement
Each hunter must supply their own bow, arrows and hunting equipment.
Game Restriction
Bowhunting is restricted to male Impala and Kudu exclusively.
Self-Catering
All our hunting accommodation is self-catering. Please be prepared and bring your own meals and necessary supplies.
Facilities
A skinning plant is available for use after the hunt and a cold storage facility is available to preserve your game.
Accommodation Pricing
R400 per hunter per night
R300 per non-hunter per night
Skinning & Cold Room Pricing
R150 per carcass
Terms & Conditions
Wounding Policy
If a hunter wounds an animal (evidence of blood) but fails to retrieve it, the client is responsible for paying the full price of the hunt.
Hunting Party Limit
Only two hunters are alowed per hide to ensure safety and a quality hunting experience.
Pre-Hunt Requirements
All hunters are required to undergo target practice to ensure proficiency before being allowed to hunt. Ensure you are prepared and informed to enjoy a responsible and throlling hunting experience at Mmpula Paradys Bosveld Lodge.
